Motorcycle Coloring Pages
These free motorcycle coloring pages line up every kind of bike in the garage. There's a low cruiser with wide handlebars, a sport bike tucked into a corner, a dirt bike in mid-air over a jump and a scooter with a basket on the front. Riders wear helmets on every page, and the fuel tanks are blank so you can paint your own design.

Bikes in these motorcycle coloring pages
- Cruisers: low seats, wide handlebars and lots of chrome, built for relaxed highway riding.
- Sport bikes: plastic body panels called fairings wrap the engine and help the bike cut through the air.
- Dirt bikes: knobby tires, tall suspension and high fenders for jumps, ruts and mud.
- Choppers: custom bikes with a stretched front fork and a tall backrest.
- Scooters: small wheels, a flat floor for your feet and an engine hidden under the seat.
- Touring bikes: big windshields and hard luggage boxes for long trips with a passenger.
- Sidecars and trikes: three wheels, for a passenger, a dog or just more stability.
How to color a motorcycle so it shines
A motorcycle has three kinds of surface, and each one takes a different touch.
Painted parts. The fuel tank and the fenders hold the color. Shade them darker along the bottom and leave a curved white highlight near the top of the tank. This is also the place for flames, stripes or a name.
Chrome and metal. Exhaust pipes, handlebars, forks and engine covers are bright metal. Use light gray with white streaks, then add a touch of pale blue on the upper side and tan on the lower side, the way polished metal picks up sky and road.
Rubber and leather. Tires and the seat are dark. Use dark gray or deep brown, not solid black, and keep the wheel spokes thin and light so the wheels don't turn into dark blobs.
Start with the lightest areas and finish with the darkest. Engines have dozens of tiny shapes, so a sharp colored pencil or a fine marker works better there than a crayon.
Frequently asked questions
Are these motorcycle coloring pages free?
Yes. All motorcycle coloring pages are free to download and print for personal and classroom use.
Do you have dirt bike coloring pages?
Yes. Several pages show motocross bikes: one in a side view, one jumping a dirt hill and a full race through the mud. The riders wear full gear with goggles, gloves and boots.
Which motorcycle coloring pages are easiest?
The scooter and the simple side-view bike. They have large body shapes and only a few engine details. Save the Detailed engine close-up and the vintage bike for older kids, teens and adults.
What should the rider wear?
A helmet first, then a jacket, gloves, long pants and boots. That's what real riders wear to stay safe, and it gives you more to color. Try matching the helmet to the fuel tank.
