If a page fails to generate, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically.
Credit pack or subscription?
- Credit packs are a one-time purchase. The credits never expire, so a pack suits you if you make pages now and then: a birthday party this month, a rainy weekend three months from now.
- Subscriptions give you a fresh set of credits every month at a lower price per credit. They suit families, teachers and anyone who makes custom pages most weeks.
- Yearly plans are the same subscriptions billed once a year. You pay for ten months and get twelve, and your credits still arrive month by month.
You can hold both at once. When you do, subscription credits are used first, and your pack credits wait until you need them.
How subscription credits work
- They refresh every month. On each monthly date your subscription balance is reset to your plan's amount.
- They don't roll over. Subscription credits you have not used by the next refresh are not carried into the following month. Pack credits are separate and are never affected.
- You can cancel any time. Cancel from the Billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Can I use Crayon Sheet without paying?
Yes. The coloring pages gallery is free, and so are the name coloring page and mandala generators, with no account needed. If you sign up, you also get 30 free credits to try the AI tools.
Should I buy a credit pack or subscribe?
Buy a pack if you only need custom pages once in a while, because pack credits never expire. Subscribe if you make pages regularly: you get new credits every month and pay less for each one.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a credit pack never expire. Subscription credits refresh every month and do not carry over, so use them before your next refresh date.
If I have a subscription and a credit pack, which credits are used first?
Subscription credits are always used first. Your pack credits are only touched once the month's subscription credits run out.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once for the year and get two months free compared with paying monthly. Credits are still added every month, not all at once.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.
Can I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and your plan keeps working until the end of the current billing period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of online businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
