Refund Policy

Summary

The coloring pages in our gallery are free. Payments only buy credits for our AI tools, and all purchases on Crayon Sheet are final. Credit packs and subscription payments are not refundable, including unused credits and the unused part of a billing period. Please read this page before you buy.

You can try the tools before paying: every new account gets free credits, with no card required.

Why purchases are final

Crayon Sheet sells digital credits that are added to your account as soon as your payment goes through, and each page the AI tools draw has a real cost to us the moment it runs. When you buy, you ask us to deliver the credits immediately. Where the law allows, you agree that you lose any right to cancel the purchase once delivery has started.

Credits are returned when a tool fails

You are only charged credits for results you actually receive. If a tool fails to create your page, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

This is a return of credits to your account, not a refund of money. We do not return credits because you do not like how a result looks: AI results vary, and you can change your photo or description and try again.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page.
• After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew.
• We do not refund the current period or past renewals. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
• Monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits from credit packs do not expire.

Exceptions

We will put things right if:

• you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same purchase, or after a cancellation that we had confirmed;
• you paid but did not receive your credits and we are unable to add them to your account;
• the law where you live requires a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived.

If one of these applies, contact us with your account email and the order details at contact@crayonsheet.com, and we will look into it. When a purchase is refunded, the credits that came with it are removed from your account.

Payment processor and chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe. In specific cases a charge may be reversed by Stripe or by your card issuer, for example to resolve a payment dispute.

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first; we can usually resolve it faster. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the account and remove the credits from that purchase while it is reviewed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
