1. Account Creation

When using certain services, you may need to create an account. You commit to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including protecting your password and limiting access to your computer.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not these activities are authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, buy credits or use our AI tools. Children are welcome to enjoy our printed coloring pages with a parent, guardian or teacher, but should not create accounts or upload photos.

1. Lawful Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or rules
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

2. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

3. Usage Limitations

Some service features may be subject to usage limitations, especially for free services or during trial periods. Exceeding these limitations may require upgrading to a paid plan or waiting until the next reset period.

1. Pricing and Subscriptions

We offer various service plans, each with different features and pricing. Subscription prices and terms are clearly listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but will provide advance notice to existing subscribers.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All purchases are final: credit packs and subscription payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or as set out in our Refund Policy.

1. Our Content

All content on Crayon Sheet, including our coloring pages, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Every coloring page in our gallery is an original design created for this site.

2. Free Coloring Page License

You may download and print the coloring pages in our gallery free of charge, as many times as you like, for:

• Personal and family use at home
• Classroom and educational use by teachers, schools, libraries, homeschoolers and non-commercial groups

You may not:

• Sell, resell or license our coloring pages, in print or digital form, or include them in products for sale (such as coloring books, printables shops or print-on-demand items)
• Re-upload or redistribute the files on other websites, apps or file-sharing services (sharing a link to our page is welcome)
• Remove our credit or claim the designs as your own

3. Pages You Create With Our AI Tools

Coloring pages you create from your own photos or text prompts are yours to download, print and share for personal and educational purposes.

Commercial use for paying customers. Pages you create while you have an active subscription, or after you have bought a credit pack, may also be used commercially: you may sell them in print or as digital files and include them in your own products, such as coloring books. Pages made only with the free credits of an account that has never made a purchase are for personal and educational use.

This applies to pages made with the AI tools, not to the pages in our gallery (see section 2). You are responsible for how you use what you create: you must have the rights to any photo you start from, AI output can resemble existing images, and we do not promise that a page is unique or that it can be protected by copyright.

4. Photos and Prompts You Submit

You keep all rights to the photos and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process them, including through our AI processing providers, only to provide the service to you. You must only upload photos you own or have permission to use; if a photo shows other people, you must have their permission, and for a child, the permission of their parent or guardian. Do not submit content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or violent, or that copies characters or artwork owned by others. We may refuse or remove such content and suspend accounts that submit it. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules in full.

5. Feedback

For any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

1. Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

2. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services, or integrate third-party functionality. We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, products, or services.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you andCrayon Sheet regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written.

2. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Modified Terms will be effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
